I find all of them to be assholes for not releasing a text version. I cant hear shit at work but would still like to be able to know what is going on.

Ahhh, I see what you're saying. That is really annoying.
The reason they don't is probably due to time constraints. It's much faster to make a video of you talking than to transcript the whole thing out.
