You can eliminate the ones that go to the front of the case if you get a motherboard with a power button on the board.

That's a giant vga card. That's why I prefer smaller size cards, this looks like it's gonna give you some trouble with air flow and positioning of hard disks. Not to mention the weight applied to the pci-e slot. Have you thought of keeping the rx550?
