I updated Google Chrome for Android from v74 to v78 today, and got surprised with:

  • Inability to deactivate pull-to-refresh
  • Inability to optionally use list view for tabs (for URLs and more items on screen).

Ever wondered why users are reluctant to update? Because of these surprises.
