Its worrisome that MS doesn't have the introspection to face these issues as opportunities. Just like Domino's went and shit all over their own pizzas, made a huge comeback and devoured market share, so could MS by admitting they suck(ed) on a bunch of fronts (like documentation, online tech support (pajeets), patch fuckery) and come out with something revolutionary that none of the competition is doing.
