The goal of Subrequest isn’t about asking for the ownership of a sub with the sole purpose of deleting everything its previous owner posted.

And even without that intent, you’re not eligible (check the sidebar requirements)

Understood. I didn’t plan to delete the posts. Just to unban the banned. But, either way, I don’t need the sub and hope somebody else will take over.
