There's no such a thing as "full control". The only difference between being mod or owner is that the latter one can invite and remove mods and disable the sub.

Justin is already doing a great job at moderating it.

This 'sensitive' sub has been owner free to prevent any form of abuse (that happened in the past with some power tripping users).
