lol I haven't checked that sub, and realized enabling notifications for owners/mods when something is posted in their subs could be helpful.

As long as it's like the other notifications and you can "mark all as read." I could see it being a lot of notifications for some users.

How to be eligible for a request?

You must be level 6 and up
You must have been an active user in the requested sub for more than 1 month.

Which subs are eligible?

Only subs created by users
(default subs aren't)
Subs where owners and all mod accounts have been MIA for at least 3 months.
Abandoned subs with a red "You can claim this sub" in the sidebar.

Notice:

Being eligible doesn't mean a request will be automatically granted and admins reserve the right to reject a request for an undisclosed reason not mentioned in these rules.
If owners/mods are active, your request will automatically be rejected. (contact the mods if you want to join a sub mod team)
