I update my routine regularly.
I track my diet (s01.geekpic.net) (since Sept 11 '19) religiously.
I understand the pros and cons of various systems like strength v hypertrophy, different split methods, different reasons for rest, fatigue, and lack/loss of motivation.
1 - I don't have any type of MP3 player, be it standalone or phone
2 - I have a 1998 flip phone. I spend 0 time on it at the gym aside from setting an alarm
3 - I wear shorts
4 - I am one of the few who ALWAYS puts away equipment AND wipes down machines after use

You must have been an active user in the requested sub for more than 1 month.
Only subs created by users
(default subs aren't)
Subs where owners and all mod accounts have been MIA for at least 3 months.
Abandoned subs with a red "You can claim this sub" in the sidebar.
Being eligible doesn't mean a request will be automatically granted and admins reserve the right to reject a request for an undisclosed reason not mentioned in these rules.
If owners/mods are active, your request will automatically be rejected. (contact the mods if you want to join a sub mod team)
