Well technically speaking according to the established rules or an interpretation of them he doesn’t meet the criteria for 1 or 2 more days the rule is being active in a sub for a month and he is at 29 days currently.
I'm curious, how do you think iwouldgasyou is tainting the rules? or attempting to rather? gostarsgo is a good user, I like him and his content. Although when someone has a history of using bans with vague reasons I'll always be cautious before handing them a popular sub, I take these issues always on a case by case basis, I don't apply strict rules for this reason specifically as strict rules have been applied and abused on every other similar platform. If we apply strict rules like reddit, and voat they will be used to silence people. They will be used to censor and control the narrative and drive dissenting opinions away. So I take each decision on a case by case basis, and I would encourage every sub owner to do the same. I won't make anyone do that but its what I choose to do and what I would encourage others to do, the most important thing to me above all else is freedom of speech. Well thats a hard line to tow when you have people constantly trying to use any thing they can to destroy it. So this is the best solution I have come up with so far, as always I am more than open to suggestions on how I can improve.
