You are not wrong, I still have latent normie tendencies, so if anyone ever mentions weather modification or weather control, I still have the innate urge to write them off as a kook.

It isn't some random conspiracy theorist spewing nonsense.
It an a 2017 article by a government agency celebrating the 70th anniversary of the first hurricane seeding experiment.
Weather modification is surprisingly well-documented by many official sources.
But if you suggest that it may still be being used today, everyone will look at you like a nutbag.
During my military time we had people stationed in Golan Heights. They would come back and say that Israel is constantly agitating situation with neighbors by using weather control to create draughts an destroy their crops.
There was even a situation where one of the bigger counties (can't remember which one, but it was enough of a threat to kikes) stated that they will declare war to Israel if they don't get rain within a month. They got rain and draught was done for them.
