• 1) Capture some of these mosquitos
• 2) Sequence their genomes, and the genome of a known "normal" specimen
• 3) If the infected mosquitos are shown to be genetically modified, sue the absolute shit out of Bill Gates and/or bring criminal charges

these are old arboviruses that have been well known since the 60's. If gates releases anything it's be something out of Africa or something most western countries don't have yet. a list of what they could infect the west with (parasitesandvectors.biomedcentral.com)

Most likely they'll use something to create chronicity requiring lifelong medical intervention or something fatal for population control.

I'd like to note that high dose vitamin C would stop these rare viruses in their tracks. You'd have to take at least 1.5 grams an hour orally or 20-50 grams intravenously using the highest flow needle possible.
