Anyone who is successful in business will appear to be an "asshole" and a "bully" to some meek wage slave whose greatest ambition is eating an entire bag of Doritos in one go while high. The sheer confidence and narcissism it takes to believe you can become a wealthy tycoon at the expense of your competition means most people will view you as a butthead. Weak, insecure people usually view a competitive, ambitious person as an "asshole." I see it all the time.
Same goes for politicians, BTW. They are all "assholes" (AKA driven and highly competitive).
