I want to be able to show a note on the very odd times I get called for not wearing a mask that a doctor has written. The mental reason can be that I don't want to or that it pisses me off for being stupid. There has to be someone. Hell, I don't care if it's a doctor of history.
It would protect restaurant owners and piss off leftist receptionists (my latest confrontstion.)
