Mattress stores. So many of them. I get that they have a HUGH markup on their prices, but their parking lots are always empty as are their stores.
African restaurants. I saw a video a while back of people suspecting that they are fronts and the late food one gets from them is deliberately bad to discourage people from ordering there so the don't have to do any actual work.

One purchase every decade or so. I was the only customer in the store last time. Can't recall the time before, but it is a meme. My son says mattress stores laundry drug money. It's probably adrenochrome proceeds but yeah.
