I worked a job where I almost never fucked up. If I did fuck up, I was honest about it, and I'd own it when speaking to either the customer or management.
That being said, 9/10 fuck-ups were due to the customer lying to management, or management being too optimistic with the customer.
And being between management and the customer, I was always blamed 100%.
