Poor single mom raised kid (most likely).

He has no idea how to address someone who is mad and taking it out on them. It is really simple:

Acknowledge there's an issue - DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILTY, simply understand there's something amiss.

Offer solutions - this is where real finesse plays a part. They have to feel like you've bent over backwards to make sure they're happy, even if (and it should be) it is free or standard fair.

Ultimatum - this is how it is, where we are, and this is the best we can do. Still upset? Refund money and GTFO.

It is really simple:

Not it's not. He's autistic, they do not have the coping skills you assume they have.

I've seen meltdowns like this over their clothes not having a zip

OK, that could be the case too and if so, I almost think it's a bit irresponsible to work in that scenario with the inability to not be word bludgeoned by the melanin man.

It's likely the only job he's been able to hold down because the social interaction expected is going to be pretty routine. People don't like working with people who have any noticeable degree of autism, and they rarely hold down a job for very long.

What is unfair is expecting any White to interact with niggers for any reason
