Utah and apparently other states don't have a "State Bar Association" to supervise their attorneys even though the state's issue the attorneys licenses to "practice law". In Utah, a private corporation is responsible for supervising Utah's 6,500 attorney's. Although the collective and individual components of Utah's legal, political, municipal, educational and media devices refer to this organization as "The Utah State Bar" in reality it's name is just "". This private corporation isn't funded by the State of Utah but is instead funded by dues from the same attorney's it is supposed to supervise. It has been this way for 88 years because of a peculiar law passed in the 1930's and purposely ignored since then.
During the past 88 years Utah has gone on to create processes for state licenses to be granted for real estate agents, mortgage agents and insurance agents and has also created state funded offices to supervise those licensees but has not created a state funded office to supervise the state's 6,500 "state licensed" attorneys. Because of this oversight and breach of fiduciary duty by the State of Utah towards Utah's past and present population, attorney's in Utah have been free to exploit over $100 Million dollars a year from vulnerable Utahans involved in critical custody, debt collection and eviction cases. This is due to an extremely high percentage of those cases involving at least party who represents themselves rather than fall prey to one of Utah's 6,500 unregulated, unsupervised attorneys. Within the system, a party who represents themselves is referred to as "pro se"
Additionally, the Utah the Administrative Office of the Court purposely allows secret loopholes for the attorney's to exploit in pro se cases. This allows the attorney to further gain the judges ear with secret "ex parte" communication so that the attorney can collect thousands of dollars from the pro se party as well. Furthermore, the Administrative Office of the Court purposely allows Utah court clerks to schedule multiple hearings at the same time so that Utah attorney's can bill hundreds of dollars an hour for extended wait time while waiting for the judge or commissioner to hear the few minutes of verbal engagement needed to address the issues the "hearing" is about. On top of that, The Adminstrative Office of the Court purposely allows courtrooms to sit vacant day-after-day, week-after-week, month-after-month so critical cases drag on for years so Utah attorney's can bill hundreds of dollars in monthly retainers even though no work is actually being done. With the Adminstrative Office of the Court's involvment Utah's mediators, custody evaluators and others exploit untold millions from the collusion too.
The State of Utah's own University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law is involved too. Rather than educate it's "law" students about "Utah State Bar" as the private corporation that it is, it perpetuates the myth of "The Utah State Bar" as a state funded, state operated agency supervising the State's attorneys.
Additionally, the Utah Judicial Council and the Utah Judicial Conduct Commission are more illusions as they fall very short of fulfilling the responsibilities they claim to to Utah's population. This allows Utah judges (who are former Utah attorney's) to take an a-la-carte approach to the bench to perpetuate this self-serving collusion.

7) Utah dead last in public education funding . This means decades of outdated, seismically unsafe, understaffed daycares disguised as "schools" yet Mormonism's propaganda tries to . By hundreds of millions of dollars from Utah school children and those brave victimized souls who call themselves "Utah Teachers" every year to maintain a "state bond rating" Mormonism can put the money in the State's Mormonism controlled "rainy day fund" and use it as it wants. ,
8) Utah's capital city, Salt Lake City, where Mormonism's headquarters is located maintains an unusually high rate of deaths per capita among Utah's neglected homeless population. This results in 70-120 a discovered the same Salt Lake City streets that dozens of Mormonism's warm but vacant "chapels" occupy. Keep in mind that Mormonsim's propaganda maintains that Mormonism is the biblical character Jesus Christ's very own, literal, "only true religion".
9) Utah ranks among the highest per capita for deaths from lung cancer by air pollution (this is because 2 million Utahan's live in three adjacent "valleys" that topographically create 3 bowls hundreds of square miles large that pollution can't escape from yet because Mormonism owns so much property and controls the politics, for years the area has continued to be packed with thousands upon thousands of added people/cars etc...).
10) Because Utah is a state of "Mormons serving Mormons" and "Mormons serving their wallets" Utah maintains some of the highest rates for mortgage fraud . There are additional secret billions in leading back to Mormonism too. The new airport being built by the Mormons in Salt Lake City is two billion dollars over budget in just 5 short years. The new prison not far away from the airport is hundreds of millions of dollars over budget. Both numbers will continue to grow by billions. Some speculate that the explanation is that the Mormon's are building much more than they claim at these locations. Others simply speculate it's just financial fraud to direct billions more from the State's population to Mormonism.
Part of what continually allows this gut-wrenching statistics is that for decades, to suffocate action from pro-active groups, Mormon controlled mass media reports that something is being done year in and year out but it really isn't and the the years of statistics speak for themselves. Nothing is being done about it and millions of US citizens who are also "Utahans" are in jeopardy.
Now about "Mormonism"...
People who are "Mormons" are victims of a falsely illuminated, dark deception. Their innocence was exploited when they were far too young to know what was happening to them. Mormonism was compiled in the late 1700's and early 1800's from willing and forced participants for their previous and ongoing works by a zealous and heinous faction secretly posing as a faction of Freemasonry in a self-serving attempt to save the failed "Colonial USA". Mormonism's child founder, the boy "Joseph Smith" was the faction's second victim they exploited in an attempt to fulfill their need for a "voice". His in Mormonism was out of survival for himself, his seven remaining and threatened siblings and his threatened parents. The first victim was Joseph's oldest brother "Alvin".
Alvin was 17 when the faction's leaders 33 year old Martin Harris and his father first met him together at the Smith families dwelling shortly after the Smith family moved to the Palmyra, New York region. Although for decades Mormon history has gone to great lengths to claim otherwise, the region's history demonstrates that the Harris' were wealthy, patriotic, zealous, eccentric and violent. Alvin was seven years older than Joseph and the Harris' realized within a year ot tow that he was too old to be "groomed" for their purposes so they focused their attention on the child Joseph instead. When Joseph was 14 they convinced him to travel the region telling everyone angels had began visiting him. Just weeks before Joseph's 18th birthday, they killed Alvin (for good reason in their minds).
Alvin, Joseph, two more Smith brothers and many others would be murdered by the faction to fulfill the decades long process of fulfilling the factions secret order to lead a following of thousands deep into the West to save the broken and easterly landlocked "U.S.A.". Where every attempt into the West continued to fail and other countries continued to lay claim to it and to arm the Native Americans on their behalf to violently kill colonists for those claims, it was believed a group of faithful people would have the courage to eventually triumph over "indian", beast and mother nature in the unpredictable journey. This triumph would successfully pave the way for other colonists and well armed but still outnumbered militias. Mormon propaganda doesn't reveal that only a majority of the victimized following went West with faction member Brigham Young though. Had then 38 year old Joseph Smith headed the factions warnings and orders to lead the victimized following West instead of announcing his own plans to save the U.S.A. by running for president that same year, it would have been Joseph Smith, not Brigham Young who famously led the "saints" West.
After Joseph's murder though, the faction's three decades long preparations in what become "Mormonism" fractured into at least four anticipated groups during the weeks after Joseph, Hyrum and Samuel's murders during that summer of 1844. One of the four groups was the faction's "back up plan" that was secretly ordered north towards Canada and settled near the border in Wisconsin. Like Joseph Smith, it's leader, James Strang was also ordered to claim that an angel led him to a buried book made of "gold" plates. Like Joseph Smith, James Strang also produced "writing" although his was not as substantial as Joseph's were. (His were likely from 116 pages Joseph was secretly ordered to claim had been "stolen" decades before during his "translation" of the plates from "Reformed Egyptian" to English.) This back up following of victimized Mormons was in case the Westward group led by Brigham Young failed. Of the remaining two groups, one went to Philadephia. Others stayed in Nauvoo, Illinois the city Mormonism built. The faction's multi-billion dollar Brigham Young following which you likely know as Utah's "Mormons" recently paid the miniscule Nauvoo following nearly for a rare copy of the frankenbook fraudulently known to both groups victims as "The Book of Mormon". (Mormonism as you know it has it's millions of victims in Utah and around the globe believing there was no fracturing of the original faithful after "Joseph The Prophet's" murder and that "everyone" followed Brigham Young, without question as the "lords" anointed next prophet on earth.
Because the purveyors of Mormonism control both sides of the propaganda about Mormonism, you are typically presented with only two options for "Joseph Smith". If you don't love him as a handsome prophet, they want you to hate him as a disfigured pervert, a child-molester, a con-man, a sociopath, a criminal, an impossible evil genius, etc...so you don't think to ask the few questions that lead you to the truths that I am the first to reveal. That, as I have demonstrated partially here and more extensively in other posts, "Joseph Smith" wasn't either of these two "things". In reality, the boy Joseph Smith was just an innocent child who dearly loved his family (as children do) and who was scared to death for their safety and lives after the murder of his beloved oldest brother Alving. Because of that, and the factions threats to him, his remaining siblings and his parents should he not obey, he became their emotional hostage and a severe victim of a falsely illuminated, dark form of child emotional conditioning (grooming) and child exploitation at the hands of pure evil.
Tragically, in the case of kidnapping victim Elizabeth Smart, Utah saw how easy it is for an emotional and physical abductor to with fear in the name of "religion" even when a rescuer is within arms reach.
If you haven't done so yet, when it comes to "Utah" and the State of Emergency it's 3 Million citizens are in desperate need of rescue from by the Federal Government, you should retroactively appropriate what you've just read by replacing the references to "Mormonism" with the word "Illuminati".
Why? Because although you know that Mormonism is a multi-billion dollar organization masquerading as a religion, I haven't told you how it's $32 billion dollars of stock and real estate holdings are organized:
Just like there are of the Illuminati, there are that control the billions of wealth held by "Mormonism". Does a "religion" really need "13" corporations to manage it's wealth? Duh.

The other day I was reading about how a Mormon church leader was caught in financial fraud and the government handed him a stiffer sentence because he was a religious leader - one like him should NOT set a bad example or abuse his position.
Obviously, the penalty was being contested by his lawyers and they were trying to lower it, saying he should be sentenced exactly as an atheist because the government should not handle them differently.
So when it suits them, they take advantage of the government, and when it does not, they want to be "equal" to everybody else.
