This one is not my creation but I've made some small adjustments and this is one of our favorites, super easy and quick to make.

Ingredients: ½ pound medium shells about 3 cups ¾ cup sliced pickles ⅔ cup diced cheddar cheese 3 tablespoons minced white onion - optional (I typically add onion power to taste instead) 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill - if not available, use dry dill ½ cup dill pickle juice

Dressing: ⅔ cup mayonnaise ⅓ cup sour cream ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper - optional 4 tablespoons dill pickle juice salt, black pepper and garlic powder to taste

Boil pasta al dente according to package directions. Run under cold water to stop cooking. Toss cold pasta with about ½ cup of pickle juice and set aside for about 5 minutes. Drain & discard pickle juice. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, refrigerate for 1-2 hours before consuming.

@ChristoDeFetus - I think this is what 101 was referring to and the salad that I like to make.

I doubt it, the man clearly said hard boiled eggs. I mean what's next, you're gonna tell me the man thinks chicken Parm is an omelet?

Well, he asked me to post this specific recipe...

Yeah, I'm just messing with ya. Probably wouldn't be bad with eggs in it, but also probably doesn't need them.

Eggs would totally work in it...101 likes to 'add' eggs to many of my salads/creations
