I checked my parent's bp med vials for these, only one drug had the same name as a recall drug, the vials don't say lot numbers or manufacturing info, I think that info would be on those print outs that the pharmacy staples to the outside of a bag when the drug is bought, the bag that is just thrown out with the print up still stapled on. The only info that the vial still had was the expiration date which did not match a recall drug. Not even a 'made in ...' made it to the vial's label. The recall is for drugs made in India.

Yeah, the pharmacy should have the lot info (in theory) if you run into a situation like that again.
