>An urgent recall has been issued for a popular fish dish sold exclusively at Costco over fears the product contains a potentially fatal bacteria. Shoppers across 33 states are being urged to take precautions around Western United Fish Company's Kirkland Signature brand Ahi Tuna Wasabi Poke. The ready-to-eat fish was recalled because the green onions mixed in potentially contain Listeria monocytogenes. The bacteria can cause fever, vomiting, and diarrhea among other troubling issues. The FDA issued the recall yesterday following a positive test for Listeria in the onions. More than 3,000 pounds worth of the product was shipped to Costco warehouse across the US.
