The recall was first issued on July 14th when Jalux Americas, Inc, doing business as J.sweets, found undeclared milk and tree nuts not listed on the ingredients label during an inventory audit.
The original recall notice said that ‘people who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk and/or tree nuts (almond and macadamia nuts) run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.’
