I have had a whole lot of "other bacons" and I don't agree that any one of them are bacon.

However, I will say that if you decide to treat yourself to some Japanese A5 Wagyu and cook it properly its basically like beef bacon, it is damn good. You have to make sure it is authentic though. I have a place I order from online once a year maybe for a special occasion.
