I like their cables but I don't think I would trust their power banks. Some people think they work well though.

This sounds bad but then you realize that Anker is willing to replace a device that can be almost 10 years old and is probably exhausted...that's pretty good customer service if you ask me.

Yeah, I have had great stuff from them otherwise. When I order USB/HDMI/DisplayPort adapters and other cables if they don't come from monoprice they tend to come from Anker.
