The manufacturer, Springville Meat & Cold Storage Co. Inc. also is voluntarily recalling elk, venison and buffalo jerky products. The recalled items were produced on various dates from May 30, 2023, to May 30, 2025, according to the USDA alert. The jerky products, which were sold and distributed nationwide, are identified by establishment number "EST. 20528" inside the USDA inspection mark.
