If the can wasn't bloated or corroded it's fine.
I don’t think the sodium brine would be able to preserve it for such long time.
I've been doing a lot of reading on this and canned meat should be fine for up to 15 years past the date if can is undamaged. As you said in your other comment, spam is goyslop so who knows if there is any other ingredients than just meat that could go bad.
I ate canned ham that was about as old as his spam and was completely fine.

Goyslop contains shit that would go bad because kikes don’t want the goyim to prep up and be able to take a stand without the threat of starvation.

According to several prep sites, so long as the tin hasn't expanded or bloated or been compromised, the product inside is good almost indefinitely. It's one of the best protein prep items for long term storage, unless you can freeze dry/dehydrate your own protein sources.

Unfortunately for processed goyslop, it is designed to expire. As I mentioned the reason in my other comment.
