I got the feeling that Central Appalachia is more deserving of this title than the Northwest. I have heard horror stories about how people from California have been drastically changing that area for the worse. Edit: Regard everything I just said, all of the California people are now moving to Central Appalachia instead. Just stick with the redoubt!
