I'm gonna give it a shot even so. Which water harvester have you seen?

Don’t even remember… guy brought it on to the office, I remember he said it was advertised on Alex Jones decades back. Worked well.

You can’t safely drink the water of what you build though without filtration and sterilization, it’s called condensate drain , you can get nasty diseases, even legionaries disease. Worth researching.

ou can’t safely drink the water

Most of the fresh water around the world isn't safe to drink. Sterilizing the water is a must no matter the water source.

Yes and no. I ve lived where I could, it was nice. My standards are pretty high though. Much of the world has municipal water that is drastically below my standards and would make me ill, but the locals have grown up with it and their immune systems handle it fine. Much I’ve seen is lightly filtered surface water, with frequent outages and negative pressure times which are massive contamination in the pipes.

Good advice; treatment is part of my plans.

You’re much better off with compressor driven dehumidifier, even your standard residential unit will pull 6 gallons a day. Decades of design and refinement are built in. Power consumption is typically 500 watts, so 12kwh a day.

I live off solar, amd use to design and integrate systems for people. It’s totally doable and nice to watch the world burn from your cozy still working house.
