Things that sounds too good to be true usually are. The only reason I’m considering these at all is because 4Patriot is a reputable company.

Has anyone here used these particular rechargeable batteries?

Where would you use these batteries? These days devices that need a lot of batteries will have a rechargeable lithium battery in them. And using them in low-power devices doesn't make sense. For example, my TI-85 takes 4xAAA batteries and they will last five years. It makes no sense to get rechargeable batteries for it.

And remember that NiMH batteries are only 1.2V instead of 1.5V. They don't last as long and they do degrade over time.

We live wholly off grid and do a lot of things old school. Nothing we own has its own rechargeable batteries except phones and hearing devices. And even the phone batteries are limited. We use batteries. I can swear we’ve never had one last 5 years in any application. Clock, flashlights, tv remote all last 6 months to a year, max, on quality batteries.
