I picked a Li-on Nightcore charger (a genuine one) that runs off mains or 12v Panasonic NCR18650G Samsung 25R both good switch out your old alkaline AA torches and maglites for LED li-ons, they are brighter, last longer and perform better in the cold, I'd recommend the dual battery 18650 led torches, better to have something that lasts longer if you need it yes you can walk into a fuel station and get a pack of AA's today, but if SHTF they will all be sold out and you'd be stuck then You don't want to rely on someone else's supply chain for basic stuff like light. The OP's batteries are overpriced gimmicky shite, only buy proper branded batteries from reliable sources, and yes they will all cost a fair amount of money.
