On Christmas day in 1914 in the midst of WW1, young soldiers from England and Germany put down their weapons and broke out in Christmas carols together from their opposing trenches.
These soldiers were forced to kill each other by an elite war machine only the day before.
Breaking all rules of war, they declared a ceasefire in No Man’s Land in peace to celebrate Christ’s birth.
The Christmas truce showed how Jesus Christ can conquer even the thickest fog of war, and although WW1 would go on for another 4 years, for that moment in time, men who had been ordered to foster artificial hatred toward fellow their Christians remembered that their true enemy was the devil and that Christ was still king.
This Christmas, let’s pray for Peace between Russia and Ukraine, and for an end to Christians slaughtering each other in these globalist wars.
