People who do this kind of thing these days are running the risk of being jailed indefinitely for “inciting violence and spreading disinformation.”

How are they going to do that? It's just a pict. No words. I dont think intention can really be interpreted in court through this example.

A hacking charge or a loss of revenue from the intended advertiser may surely be pursued.

I've seen rentals as low as $20 a day. I'm pretty sure it needs to be approved though.
