I'll then make a public announcement to let them know, as Andrew Torba on Gab also did:

Dear New Sharialanders at the TTTIA, I will not bend to your online bullying, you pathetic internet police wannabe.

If you are triggered by a video game, you might wanna send a take down notice to all the video hosting platforms available online and see how it works.

I would make a pawnshop meme, but you're not worth my time. So I'll just write it:

Best I can do is suggesting you to go pound sand and block vid8 domain from being accessed from your insignificant little piece of land.

Jesus Christ is the one and only King.

If they actually wanted to block certain websites, they would just tell the local ISPs and be done with it. They'll comply without complaint.

This is just some weird intimidation strategy that makes no sense to me.

[–] 2 pts

They are trying to exert global censorship based on their local laws. You know, wef one world gov bullshit. They can easily block whatever they want. They really want to eliminate this from the global internet.

When you start getting takedown letters you know you're rubbing nerves raw.

[–] 5 pts

lol Not the first time, and certainly not the last.

[–] 1 pt

That leads me to ask...

Are there take down letters that are not worthy of the canary?

Or that you are not allowed to tell us about...

[–] 3 pts

Or that you are not allowed to tell us about...

lol Over my dead body.

This does not make any sense to me. They think they can pass laws that they can enforce all around the world and everybody else should have to comply? That's just stupid.

[–] 10 pts (edited )

Fuck jew Zealand. They had a female tranny leader. How stupid can they be? I wouldn't trust a woman to drive a vehicle let alone a tranny to fly a plane or run a country. Fuck off.

Mental illness and female hormones combined with serious work don't mix.

That's not how they think. They all live in a Potemkin village. They pretend, they lie and try to get people to comply. Laws only exist as a mechanism to punish non compliance. The laws don't actually need to exist except in the minds of the tyrants. When people don't comply, they raise their voice until people comply. Or they get LEOs to waive a gun at you. Just look back at the plandemic. The CDC only needed to pretend they had power to tyrannize and tyrannize they did. They got away with it because people played along.

The answer is to not play along.

This absurdity intrigues me. KEK.

I think this will play out by threatening more websites they know won't comply. Later, they'll meet at Davos and cry about it. Then there will be "treaties" between major countries... you know where I'm going.

[–] 3 pts

Absurd is absolutely the correct word.

[–] 6 pts

At least they were courteous. They even said so.

[–] 6 pts

We should email the website repeated links to the video. Censoring thugs.

[–] 6 pts

Don't forget to ask them to send bobs and vagene.

[–] 5 pts

This response right here is why I am on poal.

[–] 4 pts

Send them a takedown notice for something they have on their website that’s offensive to you. Then, use their own response as a response.

[–] 0 pt

And you expect a response? Last you forget the jew rule, "rules for the, but not for me"

[–] 3 pts

Fuck the Maori culture, their toddler language and their genocide of the Moriari, anyways. They are not fit to rule a pristine wilderness and they have already proven that they are no kind of steward due to genetic retardation.

They are going through an administrative process. If it was sent to me I would just thank them for the letter and ask for a copy of the contract that said they have authority in the content vid8 hosts, and what compensation I would be receiving as consideration.

They likely don’t have a leg to stand on, but in contract law, silence is acquiescence, so better to squash it before it can go anywhere.

You always maintain the upper hand by never arguing or getting angry, and only ask questions, yet never directly answer anything. “Answer” every question with a question, or a conditional acceptance.

[–] 2 pts

They are outside of their jurisdiction. Accordingly, their laws have no standing outside of NZ. The only legally required response is a, "fuck you." Which can also be communicated by silence. Their letter has no legal standing. It has as much legitimacy as any other scam letter making arbitrary demands of people.

[–] 2 pts

silence is acquiescence

That's not valid for this case.

It would have been if I was a NZ citizen or Poal/Vid8 were hosted in NZ.

I do not have to answer anything to them at all.
