Why? I've never had any issues. I got an email once for downloading the finale of GoT, which was shit, but I just ignored it and nothing happened.

Some ISPs (((shut it down))) pretty aggressively. I personally just use a seedbox, it's $15/mo and has 1TB and gigabit speed. I use it for other things than just movies and shows though.
