The server is up and running. Trying to diagnose a potential network infrastructure issue.

Have you been able to reach https://pic8.co today and yesterday?

If not, what error did you get when it eventually failed? Time out, DNS resolution error?

the last three tracert hops from UK seem a bit slow (60ms), but maybe that's normal?
