Odd, pic8 shouldn't be uploading to catbox at all..
Were you able to re-upload it to pic8 successfully?
Thank you for the report
You're welcome.
- I opened the image in photoshop, selected all, copied it and pasted it into MS paint.
- I saved that as a png instead of jpg like the original and then converted it to jpg. I then stripped the metadata from the jpg.
- Uploading that jpg image without changing the dimensions still presents me with the same pic8 link that is directing to catbox as the host for the image.
Seems that image data with its unaltered dimensions and being a jpg might be saved with pic8 from some time back when it was first uploaded to pic8 at a time when catbox was a host. It is still insisting on using it.
- I scaled up the original jpg dimensions by 3 pixels (from 317x288 to 320x291), saved it as a jpg and stripped it.
- I uploaded this altered pic to pic8 and it is now giving me a different pic8 link that is to a png format of the image.
- This png image it now gives me also has the same dimensions as the original at 317x288 instead of the 320x291 jpg I uploaded.
- This pic8 link to the png of the image is loading at a current host though, unlike the original jpg with the same dimensions that insisted on loading on catbox.

Very strange.
This is good to know. Should have pic8 reupload an imagine if it's uploaded twice, and the original hosts are down
Thank you for the details report, it is most helpful
