If that host is too much of a hassle, I believe a wise decision would be to remove it from pic8's host list.
the z zz fo one or whatever the URL is throws up really weird security exceptions or bad tokens sometimes. It's loading fine for me right now, but I clearly recall odd behavior sometimes.
If they are serving pics over SSL (https) and haven't set it up to only use TLS 1.2/1.3, that might be the issue.
I've had an issue with Let's Encrypt highjacking nginx's config and even though I had TLS 1.0/1.1 disabled, my browsers were randomly throwing security errors. Fixed since.
