I love sauerkraut. We make a big batch of it every year... I use diatomaceous earth instead of baking soda. Also a tincture with wormwood, black walnut, etc.. Silmilar to Paraguard, but cheaper. It's good to do 2 weeks of Probiotics and Bile salts before you start a parasite cleanse.
