I've been doing different treatments on an ongoing basis. I haven’t spotted any intestinal worms coming out, but I’ve noticed some improvement in my health.
Some of the anti‐parasitics detailed in that document are cheap and easy. Freeze your meat before cooking. Eat it with some Sauerkraut. Have ¼ tsp of baking soda in water before bed (3 days in a row, then take a break).
I don’t drink, but some people would be happy to pour booze on the little bastards.
I love sauerkraut. We make a big batch of it every year... I use diatomaceous earth instead of baking soda. Also a tincture with wormwood, black walnut, etc.. Silmilar to Paraguard, but cheaper. It's good to do 2 weeks of Probiotics and Bile salts before you start a parasite cleanse.
