I am VERY SURPRISED the media actually put out his picture.

New Albany police released a photo of the suspected gunman, Bruce Reginald Foster III. He is 6 feet tall, weights 175 pounds and has has brown hair and brown eyes. Police said efforts are underway to apprehend him.

So with no race the description sounds like a white guy.

Just say the guy is a nigger, local news media.
