Yep. I didn't know it burnt until I watched the video. Haven't watched the news from there in awhile. I have seen better fleabags hotels the airline puts people up than what Fort Rapids had. My guess is the fire was started by homeless vagrants. OR could have been arson to make the owner's problems with the city go away. On a side note, that place is very close to Whitehall. Not exactly a safe area either although the city has tried some "property tax abatements" to get people to move in. Its proximity to Whitehall is probably the reason they wanted NogSpic housing there to begin with.
