It's important to consider that as the particulates spread out in the atmosphere, the concentration drops sharply. Though the particulates may reach distant areas, their concentration will way below safety limits. It's like pissing in the ocean- it's just a drop in the bucket.
Curious as to the 'safe limit' to where it will not cause sickness/ illness/ or problematic issues in A] Healthy individuals B] Immunocompromised/sick frail/ elderly or new born individuals C] Domestic livestock, Pets D] Wildlife, Plants and crops ??

It's somewhere around the safe limit to every other chemical pollutant we have in the environment for as long as we've been polluting the environment. Considering just how many evil, terrible and deadly substances we have put into our world, I think vinyl chloride decomposition products are not quite in the top 10 of that list. And this is not the first time vinyl chloride and it's breakdown products have been released into the environment in quantity so maybe that tells us something about it's safe limit and long term effects.

I'm not sure if that is saying there were no sickness/ illness/ problematic issues or if it's suggesting there is 'just no evidence' ...
