We have some scheduled events on certain days of the week but there will often be people in the channel to chat or watch random videos or movies at other times too. Often a themed movie night, usually vote on which movie we'll watch - Sunday early afternoon - classic movie matinee ( usually 2pm-ish est) - Thursday evening tv show night - 6pm-ish est **WHAT IS IT** - It's basically like watching a livestream on youtube or twitch where the streams in a window and we chat in the box next to it. The channel admins can pause or rewind the video but this is pretty much only done if something is wrong with the stream or something important happens but nobody was paying attention. **HOW DO I USE IT** - You must provide a username to view the channel, but you don't have to register or anything. If you register then that will allow you to add videos to the playlist. YOU DON'T HAVE TO PROVIDE AN EMAIL TO REGISTER. You're just assigning a password to your username so that nobody else can impersonate you. **WHY ISN'T THE VIDEO PLAYING** - Different issues crop up from time to time so don't hesitate to ask in the channel. What I have found is that it tends to work best with privacy focused browser forks like brave browser and waterfox. It seems like the big browsers with privacy addons work worse. Cytube does not have ads or trackers to worry about anyway.
