A guy I know once got up to 156mph on a sportbike. Brand new highway route that didn't see a lot of traffic at all really at the time.. law enforcement hadn't even been bothered to watch it. This guy I know could have topped his bike out, but he got too scared even with no traffic around. 190mph in moderate traffic is insane.. those other vehicles are probably running 80mph but they look like they might was well be parked.
