I have done well with nothing but a pull-up bar, a bare bench, a few kettlebells, and a jump rope in my spare room. Throw in a weekly hike on high difficulty, one weekly distance run, one weekly ruck, two weekly bike rides and sprints on my leg day and I am ahead of most packs. Only thing I wish I had think can be worth the money is access to a pool and sauna.
