Not really, but I do get the impression you're a miserable guy. I could give you the same advice I give everyone else though: Get fit in whatever way you can. Learn to be your own boss. Learn to be your own bank. Start learning to meditate. Stop being poor. Move to where there's more people like you and less that aren't.
