That happened with the first girl I moved in with. After less than a week of moving in she wanted to break it off, but still live there. I'd rather struggle with eviction. She went to a party and I moved all her shit onto the front porch. She was pissed, I was happy. I ended up keeping her TV and queen bed, an improvement from my Walmart futon. Worked out quite nice.
