Girl I know calls me up and after being interrupted so I can't even get a sentence out (a huge peeve of mine with women) she gets to the point- She has lost her job to Covid and with no income she lost her place. Honestly, she was pretty incompetent even for a woman. It's pretty sad when you get preferential treatment in hiring, protection against firing and undeserved promotions and you still can't make enough to live on.
