I can't watch the video atm, but, I don't think incels are wrong about looks. I've heard people say it's about "personality" or whatever other bullshit, but, if a woman is attractive herself, she would obviously find a man who is both fun/successful/rich/whatever AND attractive. In fact, woman date way above their own "grade" all the time. Of course you can find some exception to the rule, some ugly dude an incredibly insecure woman settled for, or is using as beta bux or whatever. But generally speaking, "looks don't matter" is a cope for one of two types of men: naturally ugly dudes, or lazy fatasses who want an excuse to not get in shape.
