Imagine for a moment that you weren't born White. Now imagine how much you would hate your very existence for not being White. Imagine seeing yourself every single day and knowing that you're ugly. Never mind knowing that you're stupid as well, because you're not likely that self-aware. But somehow you know there are things you cannot comprehend. That's got to be a shitty existence. If I weren't White, and I were just barely this self-aware, I'd very likely end my life over it. What an absolutely shitty existence.
