Was looking for the phrase and stumbled upon this. Heard it in a movie or in a TV episode by someone giving CPR and maybe whacking on the chest, yelling LIVE, GODDAMNIT. One of the 'Naked Gun' movies maybe? I'l settle for this for now. ETA: It doesn't help that there's 6 million ways this phrase is spelled.
